Role Overview

Join the winning team at InsureOne, part of Confie, as an Inside Sales Consultant. This role involves building a book of business by quoting and binding policies, closing new sales opportunities, and following through on warm lead sources. The Sales Consultant will sell new business by building relationships with customers, identifying their needs, and offering a customized insurance solution from our portfolio of 100+ carriers.

What You Will Do

The Sales Consultant will quote and bind policies, close new sales opportunities through inbound leads, cross-sell, generate customer referrals, and follow through on other warm lead sources.

• Property & Casualty license (Active or Expired)
• 1+ years of experience in P&C insurance sales or service
• Proven track record of the ability to generate new business sales, retain existing business, and cross-sell other lines of business
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work well independently and on a team
