Business Development Consultant

Role Overview

Integrated Business and Technical Consultants, Inc. (IBTCI) is seeking a Business Development Consultant to assist with full life-cycle proposal management. The position will lead capture activities, read and interpret solicitations, and help develop win themes.

What You Will Do

The Business Development Consultant will lead proposal color review meetings, facilitate white boarding sessions, and support in writing non-technical sections of technical proposals. They will also coordinate with business development team and other departments as needed.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of business development experience, with 3 years of experience with DoS proposal submissions. They will also have demonstrated experience with US donor-funded RFP/RFA/RFQs and excellent English writing and editing skills.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of business development experience

• Demonstrated experience with US donor-funded RFP/RFA/RFQs
• Excellent English writing and editing skills
• Oral and written fluency in English required; fluency in another language preferred
