Role Overview
As a Regional Sales Manager, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding service and growing our Agents/Agencies within our full portfolio of products, with an emphasis on Medicare and ACA. You will be responsible for managing resources and opportunities in your market, providing support to external field sales agents and agencies, and developing strategic plans to achieve recruitment goals.
What You Will Do
Your main responsibilities will include recruitment and resource management, field sales support, strategic planning, carrier engagement, cross-departmental collaboration, system and platform expertise, and professional representation.
