Role Overview
A Sales Director will spearhead the development and execution of lead generation strategies to drive engagement with brokers to increase enrollment in Medicare products. This role requires a visionary leader with a deep understanding of the Medicare market, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to recruit and lead high-performing agents.
What You Will Do
Recruit new independent contractor agents, follow up with new agents, regularly train agents, communicate with and retain top-level independent contractor agents, and strive to meet company sales objectives.

Requirements
- Valid life & health insurance license
- One (1) or more years’ experience in insurance marketing and sales
- One (1) or more years’ experience in Medicare
- High school diploma or undergraduate degree
- Demonstrated experience in effectively managing and motivating independent or career insurance agents
- Basic computer navigation skills and knowledge of basic computer programs/applications
