As a Customer Success Manager, you will ensure the success and satisfaction of our customers by building and maintaining strong relationships, providing support, training, and guidance to help them achieve their goals and maximize their use of our products and services. You will take full ownership of customer outcomes and commercial performance, including retention, expansion pipeline, and revenue growth.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar customer-facing commercial role
- 1+ years of experience in a cybersecurity-focused environment
- English language skills (both written and verbal) are a must. French, Dutch, or German are a plus
- Proven technology skills, outstanding interpersonal abilities, and strong written and verbal communication skills
