Role Overview
We’re looking for a digitally fluent marketing leader who can drive growth across the full digital ecosystem, including paid media, website experience, SEO, CRM, and email marketing. The Marketing Manager, Digital, is responsible for driving customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth across the Canadian market through the execution of performance-driven, product-focused marketing campaigns.
What You Will Do
Develop strong insights into local seasonality, market trends, and consumer behaviour, using those insights to inform targeted marketing strategies. Identify the most effective channels to reach priority audiences, ensuring campaigns deliver measurable impact and support regional growth objectives.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or growth marketing

- Strong analytical skills, with a data-driven mindset
