Role Overview
We are looking for a Marketing Automation Manager to manage and grow the capabilities and utilization of our Digital Marketing Automation platforms. The role will own the end-to-end design, build, QA, and optimization of scalable, compliant, multi-channel customer journeys that drive measurable behavior change.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include Marketo program delivery & operations, CRM + data integration, multi-channel automation beyond email, optimization & continuous improvement, and compliance & quality in healthcare.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of hands-on marketing automation experience in Japan, ideally in MedTech / healthcare / regulated B2B environments, and strong stakeholder management skills.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on marketing automation experience in Japan
- Proven ability to partner with Japan Marketing + Sales to translate business goals into measurable lifecycle programs and outcomes
- Strong stakeholder management: comfortable advising leaders, prioritizing tradeoffs, and driving clarity across cross-functional teams
- Japanese fluency (native level) and business English (ability to work with global stakeholders and documentation)
- 5+ years deep hands-on experience with Marketo
- Strong experience with Salesforce CRM
- Integrating channel engagement into broader lifecycle measurement
- Experience integrating at least one event/webinar platform
- Strong working knowledge of tracking and measurement fundamentals
- Strong knowledge of data standardization and normalization, database structure and queries
