Role Overview
As Manager, Sales Operations, you will lead a team supporting origination and sales activities within the WECC, ERCOT, and SPP footprint. You will be responsible for RFP responses, customer research, and market intelligence. This role requires an ambitious leader with energy market knowledge and passion for impacting sales.
What You Will Do
Create customer and market strategies, develop marketing and sales collateral, and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and market intelligence. You will also review and summarize customer RFPs, present strategies to Executive Leadership, and execute sales.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years in the energy sector with demonstrated expertise in sales or consulting and market research
- Strong organizational, leadership, and time management skills
- Ability to write effectively and communicate concisely
- Outstanding problem solving, strategic thinking, verbal and written communication skills
- Collaborative leader and team-player who will work with others to deliver results
- Demonstrated ability to perform under time and pressure conditions
- Eligible to work in the United States without the need for employer visa sponsorship now or in the future
