Sales Director – HealthCare

Role Overview

The Sales Director is responsible for driving net-new customer acquisition within Jabil Healthcare, targeting top-tier dental, aesthetics, and adjacent healthcare companies. This is a pure hunter role, focused on landing new logos and building long-term strategic partnerships.

What You Will Do

Develop and execute a targeted sales strategy to acquire new customers across dental, orthodontics, aesthetics, and adjacent healthcare markets. Identify, qualify, and pursue high-value opportunities; drive deals from prospecting through close. Build and maintain C-level relationships within target accounts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Engineering, or related field)
• 8+ years total sales or business development experience
• At least 5 years of sales/business development experience in contract manufacturing, OEM, or related industries
• Proven track record of landing net-new business and growing strategic accounts
• Strong financial acumen, including pricing, margin management, and deal structuring
• Demonstrated success leading complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
• Ability to engage and influence senior executives
• Experience working cross-functionally in a matrixed organization
