Requirements
- 7+ years of successful sales experience in direct-to-consumer, home improvement, or in-home sales environments
- 5+ years of sales leadership experience managing managers and/or multiple sales teams
- Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales, revenue, and performance goals
- Proficiency with Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Office Suite
