Role Overview
Join our global Business Development team in the Pacific Region as a motivated and well-spoken inside sales representative. Identify and develop new leads/opportunities, communicate with clients to understand their needs, and connect those needs to our services.
What You Will Do
Develop sales opportunities, follow up on leads, convey clear explanations of our services, collaborate with technical colleagues, and create/maintain relationships with clients.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, and/or two (2) plus years’ experience in business development or sales and proposal experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook required
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred
- Experience with government contract tracking systems
- Experience with government bids and local council submissions will be highly regarded
- Experience working for a professional services firm preferred
- General knowledge and confidence using computer databases and menu-driven reports
- Self-starter who works well independently and is self-motivated, with a bias for action
- Project coordination and organizational skills, attention to detail, and initiative to follow through
- Consistently perform at a high level in fast-paced and high-pressure environments
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines under pressure are essential along with strong stakeholder engagement
- Work with minimal supervision and in a team environment
- Exceptional Customer Service and strong listening skills
- Able to look at things multidimensionally and able to come to a unique and innovative plan or solution if a problem is identified
