Role Overview

Manage, optimize, and improve Jenson USA’s digital performance marketing programs, with primary focus on Google Ads, Google Shopping, Performance Max, and Microsoft/Bing Ads. Work closely with internal teams and agency partners to improve traffic quality, ROAS, CAC, customer acquisition, and profitable revenue.

What You Will Do

Manage paid search, shopping, Performance Max, and Microsoft/Bing campaigns, monitor daily, weekly, and monthly performance, improve Google Shopping and product-level performance, support paid social, affiliate, display, retargeting, and emerging performance channels, and evaluate future opportunities in AI search, LLM advertising, and other emerging digital ad formats.

Why It Might Be a Fit

3–5 years of experience in performance marketing, ecommerce marketing, paid media, growth marketing, or digital acquisition, hands-on experience with Google Ads, strong understanding of ecommerce performance metrics, and ability to analyze performance data and turn it into clear, practical recommendations.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in performance marketing, ecommerce marketing, paid media, growth marketing, or digital acquisition
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, including search, shopping, Performance Max, or feed-driven campaign strategies
  • Experience with Microsoft Ads/Bing or willingness to manage it as a meaningful secondary channel
  • Strong understanding of ecommerce performance metrics, including ROAS, CAC, AOV, conversion rate, LTV, margin, and retention
  • Experience working with agencies, vendors, internal creative teams, merchandising teams, or analytics partners
  • Ability to analyze performance data and turn it into clear, practical recommendations
  • Comfortable balancing revenue growth with profitability and customer quality
  • Strong attention to detail in campaign setup, reporting, budget pacing, and promotional execution
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-moving ecommerce environment
