Role Overview
Join J&L’s Inside Sales Team as the face of the company, engaging with customers to provide exceptional service and drive sales. The ideal candidate has excellent customer service skills, a strong understanding of the product range, and the ability to contribute to sales goals.
What You Will Do
Serve as internal salesperson, build and maintain positive customer relationships, enter customer data, make outbound lead follow up calls, handle inbound sales lead calls, resolve customer complaints, provide product demonstrations, and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements
- Bachelor or associates degree, preferably in a business-related field
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and at least one-year related sales experience
- Familiarity with the building material industry or construction/contracting experience
- Strong familiarity with technology including Microsoft Office Suite, and point of sales or inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and ability to communicate and follow procedures
- Exceptional customer service skills
