Role Overview

The Marketing Manager plays a strategic role in implementing and managing marketing initiatives for our shopping centers. Working closely with the Regional Marketing Director, you will be responsible for effectively executing marketing plans, coordinating superior-quality events, and optimally leveraging JLL’s marketing platforms and tools to drive measurable results and maximize client satisfaction.

What You Will Do

Execute and manage annual marketing plans, plan and supervise events, coordinate promotions and digital media programs, analyze sales and statistical data, and present results to property owners.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field
  • 3 to 5 years of marketing or advertising experience in the retail and/or shopping center industry
  • Demonstrated strong experience in planning, coordinating, and executing events in a shopping center or similar environment
  • Required experience in budget management and expense tracking
  • Bilingualism in oral and written expression (French and English)
  • Availability to work regularly in the evenings and on weekends during events
