Role Overview

This is a high-impact commercial role focused on driving the adoption and growth of Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS) solutions across a diverse portfolio of clients, including startups, SMBs, and digital-native businesses. The role combines strategic sales ownership with deep product expertise, requiring you to lead complex, multi-stakeholder deals in a competitive environment.

What You Will Do

Drive revenue growth, new customer acquisition, and expansion across a defined territory, focusing on BaaS products for startups, SMBs, and digital-native companies. Lead high-level commercial and technical discussions with executive stakeholders across prospective and existing clients.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of customer-facing experience in a technology, fintech, or payments-focused environment with a strong performance track record.

  • Demonstrated success in managing complex, consultative sales cycles and negotiating bespoke commercial agreements.
  • Strong collaboration skills with experience working across multiple internal functions and external partners.
  • Highly self-driven, proactive, and comfortable operating independently in a fast-moving environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to simplify complex technical topics.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to understand technical requirements and design tailored solutions.
  • Experience in payments or banking solutions sales is a strong advantage.
  • A resilient, adaptable, and team-oriented approach, with a willingness to “roll up your sleeves.”
