Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Science or a related field
- 6–8 years of experience in the life sciences, biopharma, or related scientific sales environment
- Proven track record in account management, business development, or technical sales roles
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, multi-tasking, and dynamic environment
- Customer-first mindset with strong commercial awareness and problem-solving ability
- Experience managing sales pipelines, forecasting, and CRM tools
- Strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional and global teams
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% within the assigned region
