Role Overview
This is an exciting opportunity for a driven business development professional to play a key role in expanding a national dealer network and supporting strategic growth initiatives across indirect sales channels.
What You Will Do
Develop and execute proactive outreach strategies to identify, engage, and recruit new dealer partners, build and manage a strong pipeline of dealer prospects, and present indirect product offerings to prospective partners.

Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or channel/indirect partner management
- Experience in point-of-use (POU), water systems, industrial equipment, or related industries is preferred
- Proven ability to build relationships quickly and manage long-term partner engagement strategies
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- Experience working in quota-driven, performance-based sales environments
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence internal and external stakeholders effectively
- Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable operating in a high-growth, results-driven environment
