Role Overview
This is a strategic and commercially driven role focused on shaping category growth and innovation within the foodservice mayonnaise segment. You will act as a key connector between market insights, product development, and go-to-market execution, translating customer and operator needs into compelling category strategies.
What You Will Do
Develop and execute category growth strategies, translate category and consumer insights into actionable marketing strategies, lead cross-functional new product development initiatives, and build and execute integrated commercialization plans.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, category management, product management, or related commercial roles
- Experience in foodservice, food manufacturing, or B2B food industry environments is required
- Strong understanding of category management principles, portfolio strategy, and data-driven marketing approaches
- Proven experience leading cross-functional product development and commercialization initiatives from concept to launch
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data, customer insights, and financial impacts
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders
- Experience supporting sales teams through enablement tools, training content, and customer-facing materials
- Strong project management, organizational, and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work collaboratively across multiple functions while driving independent ownership of category initiatives
- Experience with national accounts, distributors, or large foodservice operators is a strong advantage
