Role Overview
As a Demand Generation Lead, you will drive the strategy and execution of initiatives that transform market awareness into qualified pipeline growth. This is a high-impact leadership role where you will oversee multi-channel demand generation programs, manage significant marketing investments, and collaborate closely with revenue-focused teams to accelerate business growth.
What You Will Do
Lead the planning, execution, optimization, and reporting of campaigns across platforms such as Google, LinkedIn, Meta, and other demand generation channels. Manage and develop a team of marketing specialists, providing coaching, mentorship, and performance guidance.

Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, growth marketing, or performance marketing
- Proven success in building, scaling, and optimizing demand generation programs
- Experience leading and developing marketing teams
- Deep expertise in paid media platforms, particularly Google Ads
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
- Experience managing significant marketing budgets
- Solid understanding of marketing technology, attribution models, funnel analysis, and performance marketing best practices
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Fluent German and English communication skills
