Role Overview
This is a high-impact digital growth role responsible for owning and scaling end-to-end e-commerce performance across multiple online channels. You will manage the full customer journey, from discovery and engagement to conversion and retention, with a strong focus on driving measurable revenue growth.
What You Will Do
Own and optimize the end-to-end digital commerce ecosystem, manage and optimize Shopify storefront, improve conversion rates, implement SEO best practices, develop and manage social media and content calendars, create and optimize paid marketing campaigns, analyze campaign performance, design and execute email marketing, manage WhatsApp commerce and customer engagement strategies, oversee marketplace channels, and track, analyze, and report key performance metrics.

Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in e-commerce or digital growth roles, preferably managing Shopify-based businesses
- Proven experience driving revenue growth for DTC, lifestyle, fashion, apparel, or consumer brands
- Strong hands-on expertise in Shopify, including SEO, merchandising, and conversion optimization
- Experience managing Meta Ads and performance marketing campaigns with measurable outcomes
- Knowledge of email marketing tools, customer lifecycle automation, and retention strategies
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actions
- Experience managing multiple digital sales channels, including marketplaces
- Excellent project management and organizational abilities in fast-paced environments
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across marketing, content, and business teams
- Commercial mindset with a strong focus on customer experience and revenue growth
