Role Overview
This role is focused on driving regional B2B marketing impact within a high-growth, global MarTech environment serving the pharmaceutical and life sciences industry. You will be responsible for executing data-driven marketing strategies that directly influence pipeline, revenue, and deal acceleration.
What You Will Do
Plan and execute regional B2B marketing initiatives, lead go-to-market execution for product launches, identify regional market trends, collaborate with sales teams, execute and optimize account-based marketing campaigns, and track and analyze marketing performance.

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in regional or field marketing roles
- Proven experience working directly with sales teams on pipeline acceleration and revenue-driven initiatives
- Hands-on exposure to ABM, event marketing, and account-based campaign execution
- Background in SaaS, life sciences, or complex B2B solution environments preferred
- Strong commercial mindset with the ability to connect marketing activities to measurable business outcomes
- Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
- Strong ownership mentality with the ability to manage projects end-to-end independently
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities and gaps proactively
- Strong collaboration skills across sales, product marketing, and global teams
- Proactive communicator who escalates risks early and drives alignment across stakeholders
