Role Overview
This senior leadership role is responsible for building and scaling a global demand generation engine that directly fuels enterprise pipeline and revenue growth. You will define the strategy, structure, and execution model for multi-channel marketing programs spanning brand awareness, ABM, partner campaigns, and full-funnel demand creation.
What You Will Do
Define and lead the global demand generation strategy, build and execute integrated multi-channel programs, lead a growing demand generation and partner marketing team, own and manage the global demand generation budget, and oversee marketing operations and automation workflows.

Requirements
- 8+ years of B2B demand generation or growth marketing experience
- At least 3+ years in a leadership role managing teams and scaling programs in enterprise SaaS, IT services, or B2B technology environments
- Strong hands-on expertise with marketing automation platforms
- Deep proficiency in Salesforce CRM for pipeline and attribution management
- Proven experience designing and executing ABM strategies targeting enterprise accounts
- Demonstrated success owning marketing budgets and driving measurable, attributable pipeline impact
- Strong analytical mindset with experience building dashboards and reporting frameworks
- Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
