Role Overview

This role defines how marketing is structured, controlled, and executed at scale across a complex B2B SaaS environment. It sits at the intersection of governance and operations, ensuring that marketing activities are both compliant and efficiently delivered through clear processes, ownership models, and execution standards.

What You Will Do

Establish and maintain marketing governance frameworks, design and evolve the end-to-end marketing operating model, build and maintain clear RACI structures, oversee governance review processes, and partner with enablement and functional leaders.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in B2B marketing, marketing operations, or governance roles within SaaS or enterprise environments
  • Proven experience building and implementing governance frameworks, operating models, and process structures at scale
  • Strong expertise in designing RACI models, workflows, SLAs, and cross-functional operating systems
  • Experience working in complex global organizations with distributed teams and multi-region marketing execution
  • Strong understanding of compliance, risk management, and marketing data governance best practices
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to drive alignment across stakeholders
  • Ability to translate strategy into structured, scalable, and enforceable operational processes
