What You Will Do
Define and evolve product positioning and market narratives, lead go-to-market strategy, drive experimentation-led marketing initiatives, and oversee the creation of messaging, content, and programs.

Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in product marketing, growth, or product strategy within B2B SaaS or AI-driven technology companies
- 3+ years of leadership experience managing and scaling product marketing teams
- Strong product-strategy mindset with the ability to connect market dynamics, customer needs, and product evolution
- Proven track record of driving product adoption, retention, and expansion outcomes beyond launch-based metrics
- Experience influencing cross-functional teams including Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success
- Deep understanding of AI-native products, marketing automation, or platform-based SaaS ecosystems (highly preferred)
- Experience building experimentation-driven or data-informed marketing functions
- Strong analytical skills paired with deep customer empathy and storytelling ability
- AI-native mindset with a strong bias toward execution, speed, and continuous iteration
- Demonstrated ability to lead through clarity, accountability, and measurable impact rather than process
