This role sits at the intersection of product strategy, AI innovation, and go-to-market execution, redefining how modern product marketing drives business growth. You will lead the evolution of how complex AI-powered capabilities are positioned, understood, and adopted in the market.

What You Will Do

Define and evolve product positioning and market narratives, lead go-to-market strategy, drive experimentation-led marketing initiatives, and oversee the creation of messaging, content, and programs.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in product marketing, growth, or product strategy within B2B SaaS or AI-driven technology companies
  • 3+ years of leadership experience managing and scaling product marketing teams
  • Strong product-strategy mindset with the ability to connect market dynamics, customer needs, and product evolution
  • Proven track record of driving product adoption, retention, and expansion outcomes beyond launch-based metrics
  • Experience influencing cross-functional teams including Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success
  • Deep understanding of AI-native products, marketing automation, or platform-based SaaS ecosystems (highly preferred)
  • Experience building experimentation-driven or data-informed marketing functions
  • Strong analytical skills paired with deep customer empathy and storytelling ability
  • AI-native mindset with a strong bias toward execution, speed, and continuous iteration
  • Demonstrated ability to lead through clarity, accountability, and measurable impact rather than process
