Role Overview

This role offers the opportunity to build and scale a world-class sales enablement function focused on measurable revenue impact. You will design the systems, coaching programs, and performance frameworks that transform sales talent into high-performing teams.

What You Will Do

As the Director of Sales Enablement and Development, you will own the strategy and execution of programs that improve sales performance, accelerate productivity, and build a scalable sales organization. You will combine strategic leadership with hands-on coaching to create systems that enable teams to consistently achieve business goals.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sales training, sales enablement, sales development, or sales leadership roles
  • Proven track record of improving sales performance through coaching, enablement programs, and operational improvements
  • Strong understanding of sales execution, including conversion optimization, pipeline management, messaging, and closing strategies
  • Experience working directly with sales representatives through coaching, feedback, and performance improvement initiatives
  • Ability to diagnose performance challenges quickly and implement effective solutions
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to influence decisions and measure impact
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to deliver clear, constructive feedback
  • Experience using sales enablement and productivity tools such as Gong, ChatGPT, Claude, or similar platforms is a plus

  • Competitive compensation range: Senior Manager level: $120,000 – $235,000 + equity. Director level: $140,000 – $255,000 + equity
