What You Will Do
As the Director of Sales Enablement and Development, you will own the strategy and execution of programs that improve sales performance, accelerate productivity, and build a scalable sales organization. You will combine strategic leadership with hands-on coaching to create systems that enable teams to consistently achieve business goals.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in sales training, sales enablement, sales development, or sales leadership roles
- Proven track record of improving sales performance through coaching, enablement programs, and operational improvements
- Strong understanding of sales execution, including conversion optimization, pipeline management, messaging, and closing strategies
- Experience working directly with sales representatives through coaching, feedback, and performance improvement initiatives
- Ability to diagnose performance challenges quickly and implement effective solutions
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to influence decisions and measure impact
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to deliver clear, constructive feedback
- Experience using sales enablement and productivity tools such as Gong, ChatGPT, Claude, or similar platforms is a plus

- Competitive compensation range: Senior Manager level: $120,000 – $235,000 + equity. Director level: $140,000 – $255,000 + equity
