Role Overview

High-impact enterprise sales role focused on driving strategic growth across leading Life Sciences organizations, including BioPharma and Medical Device companies. The role centers on building trusted relationships with senior executives, digital transformation leaders, and technical decision-makers to identify and execute large-scale transformation opportunities.

What You Will Do

Own and grow a portfolio of enterprise Life Sciences accounts, develop and execute strategic account and territory plans, build and maintain executive-level relationships, lead complex sales cycles, position AI-driven automation solutions, and collaborate with internal teams and external partners.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of enterprise software or solution/value-based selling experience
  • 5+ years of experience managing and growing Enterprise Life Sciences accounts within BioPharma or Medical Device organizations
  • Proven track record of exceeding quota and closing large, complex enterprise deals
  • Experience selling transformational technologies such as AI, automation, SaaS, cloud, or digital transformation platforms
  • Strong ability to engage and influence executive stakeholders, including C-suite leaders
  • Excellent consultative selling skills with the ability to translate technical capabilities into clear business value
  • Strong account planning, pipeline management, and data-driven sales execution skills
  • Experience working cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners in complex deal environments
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and executive presentation skills
