Role Overview
Drive technical sales of advanced test and measurement solutions across diverse industrial sectors, acting as a trusted technical advisor to customers. This is a field-based, customer-facing role that requires proactive engagement, relationship building, and the ability to translate technical requirements into tailored solutions.
What You Will Do
Manage the full sales cycle within your territory, from prospecting and opportunity development to solution presentation and closing. Conduct customer visits, technical presentations, and product demonstrations to generate and develop sales opportunities.

Requirements
- Experience in technical sales, field sales engineering, or a similar customer-facing engineering role
- Strong understanding of test and measurement technologies, sensors, or industrial engineering solutions
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, value-driven customer solutions
- Proven track record of managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills across technical and business stakeholders
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a field-based role with travel requirements
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar platforms
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to understand customer needs and propose tailored solutions
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electronics, Mechanical, or related technical field preferred
