Role Overview
This role is focused on owning and growing strategic enterprise customer relationships after the initial sale, acting as the primary driver of long-term value realization and expansion. You will work with global, complex accounts across cloud and platform engineering environments, ensuring customers successfully adopt the platform and continuously expand its usage across teams and regions.
What You Will Do
Own a portfolio of global enterprise accounts, driving net revenue retention, expansion, and long-term account health through structured engagement and strategic planning. Develop and execute account plans that translate customer objectives into platform adoption, expansion opportunities, and measurable business outcomes.

Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise account management, customer success, or strategic sales roles with a strong record of revenue expansion and retention success
- Proven experience managing complex, global, multi-stakeholder enterprise relationships, including senior and executive-level engagement
- Background in cloud, infrastructure, developer tooling, or platform technologies with the ability to communicate credibly with technical audiences
- Strong commercial acumen with experience leading renewals, expansions, and navigating enterprise procurement processes
- Demonstrated ability to build structured account plans tied to customer outcomes and long-term value creation
- Experience working in fast-paced, scaling environments with evolving processes and high levels of ambiguity
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills across technical and executive audiences
- Strong organizational and program management skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously
