As a Growth Partnerships Manager, you will own and expand a portfolio of high-value strategic partnerships that directly contribute to customer acquisition and long-term business growth. This role combines commercial strategy, relationship management, and operational execution, giving you the opportunity to shape multi-year partnerships with leading brands across multiple industries.

Manage a portfolio of strategic partnerships, lead contract renewals and renegotiations, build and maintain trusted relationships with senior partner stakeholders, and coordinate cross-functional initiatives.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, strategic account management, or a related commercial role
  • Proven success managing complex, multi-stakeholder partnerships from negotiation through long-term relationship management
  • Strong experience structuring and negotiating commercial agreements while partnering with Finance and Legal teams to develop business models and contracts
  • Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence executive-level decision-makers
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives involving Product, Marketing, Legal, Finance, and Operations
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple high-priority partnerships simultaneously
