This role sits at the intersection of revenue operations, systems architecture, and process optimization, responsible for building and maintaining the technical backbone of the go-to-market organization.

You will own the design and performance of the Sales and Customer Success technology stack, ensuring seamless data flow, automation, and operational efficiency across teams.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Systems within a B2B SaaS organization
- Strong hands-on CRM expertise (HubSpot preferred), including system architecture and administration experience
- Proven ability to design and implement scalable GTM systems, workflows, and automation frameworks
- Strong understanding of modern revenue tech stacks, including enrichment, prospecting, conversation intelligence, and CS tools
- Experience integrating systems using APIs, middleware, and native connectors
- Ability to translate business requirements into structured, scalable technical solutions
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience working across Sales, CS, Marketing, and Finance
- Highly organized with strong documentation habits and attention to operational detail
- Comfortable in fast-paced, evolving environments with multiple concurrent priorities
- Curiosity and familiarity with AI tools and their application in revenue workflows
