Role Overview
This role is focused on driving consistent growth in a fast-paced real estate sales environment, with a strong emphasis on outbound lead generation and seller acquisition. You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and nurturing potential property sellers through multiple prospecting channels.
What You Will Do
Generate, contact, and qualify seller leads through outbound prospecting activities, conduct consistent follow-ups to nurture leads, schedule qualified appointments for the sales team, and maintain up-to-date CRM records.

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Real Estate Inside Sales Agent or in seller-focused outbound prospecting roles
- Proven experience with seller lead generation, lead qualification, objection handling, and appointment setting
- Strong familiarity with expired listings, FSBOs, circle prospecting, database reactivation, and investor or cash offer leads
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Strong CRM proficiency and experience using prospecting and sales tracking tools
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently in a remote, performance-driven environment
