Manage customer relationships, drive sales opportunities, and support account growth through consultative selling and strategic account management. Identify, qualify, and pursue new sales opportunities through prospecting, customer engagement, and account development.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with approximately 5 years of related experience, advanced degree without experience, or equivalent professional experience
- Previous sales, inside sales, cold calling, or prospecting experience is preferred
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, persistent, goal-oriented, and comfortable taking ownership of results
- Ability to identify business opportunities and effectively communicate value propositions
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills when working with customers and internal teams
- Strong Excel skills, particularly for candidates without previous industry experience
- Ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment
