What You Will Do
You will be responsible for leading and executing integrated marketing communications programs, with a strong focus on social media strategy, content marketing, and performance optimization. Key responsibilities include: owning and executing social media strategy, managing content planning and editorial calendars, developing and writing high-quality social content, and tracking and analyzing performance metrics.

Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in marketing communications, content marketing, or social media management

- Proven experience developing and executing content and social media strategies, including LinkedIn-focused programs
- Ability to interpret analytics and use performance data to optimize content and engagement outcomes
- Experience working with stakeholders across leadership, marketing, and subject matter expert teams
- Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Sprout Social or similar) is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and comfort working in fast-paced environments
- Curiosity, adaptability, and openness to leveraging emerging technologies, including AI tools
