Role Overview

This role sits at the core of a high-performing marketing organization, ensuring the smooth execution of operational processes that power a complex, multi-partner marketplace. You will support end-to-end marketing operations across campaign execution, partner management, compliance updates, reporting, and financial reconciliation activities.

What You Will Do

Execute ongoing marketing operations, process lender-driven compliance changes, build and analyze performance dashboards, manage landing page content updates, support affiliate marketing operations, reconcile partner billing, and manage contract workflows.

Requirements

  • 1–4 years of experience in marketing operations, affiliate marketing, account management, financial operations, or similar roles
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, finance, or related field preferred, or equivalent hands-on experience
  • Strong attention to detail with experience working on regulated content, financial data, or contract-based workflows
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously with strong prioritization and follow-through
  • Strong analytical skills with comfort working in spreadsheets, including formulas, pivot tables, and dashboards
  • Ability to quickly learn new systems and platforms
  • Strong communication skills, particularly in written form for partner and stakeholder coordination
