Role Overview
This role sits at the intersection of performance marketing, growth strategy, and data-driven experimentation within a high-impact global marketing environment. You will be responsible for designing and scaling paid social programs that directly influence pipeline growth, revenue generation, and user acquisition across multiple segments.
What You Will Do
Lead the strategy, planning, execution, and optimization of large-scale paid social and digital campaigns to drive pipeline growth, revenue, and user acquisition. Monitor and analyze key marketing metrics such as leads, MQLs, SQLs, sign-ups, pipeline contribution, and revenue impact, ensuring alignment with performance targets.

Requirements
- 7+ years of professional experience in marketing, with at least 5+ years focused on paid digital channels such as paid social, display, and direct response
- 2+ years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally with exposure to enterprise or SaaS demand generation environments
- Strong expertise in digital marketing principles including targeting, ad formats, attribution, incrementality, and privacy considerations
- Proven experience building and executing experimentation and optimization roadmaps for performance marketing campaigns
- Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and communicate recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-first, user-centric mindset
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and drive both strategic and tactical initiatives
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with experience working across marketing, sales, and analytics teams
- Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce or Marketo is a plus
- Experience in ABM, sales-led growth environments, or demand generation for sales teams is considered an advantage
