Develop and execute a reseller partner go-to-market strategy, manage the full partner lifecycle, build and maintain strong relationships with partners, drive partner-led sales initiatives, and align with internal direct sales teams.

Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in the software or technology industry
- Proven experience in partner management, channel sales, or GTM leadership roles
- Strong track record of driving revenue growth through indirect sales channels and partner ecosystems
- Deep understanding of recurring revenue business models and value drivers in subscription environments
- Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
- Strong strategic thinking combined with a high bias for action and execution excellence
- Ability to manage multiple complex partnerships and drive accountability across stakeholders
- Fluent in English and Spanish or Portuguese
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 75% of the time
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, including pipeline forecasting and performance tracking
