Role Overview

Lead the strategy and execution of a high-impact partner go-to-market motion focused on building and scaling a strong reseller ecosystem. Drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships, ensure alignment between partners and internal sales teams, and enable consistent pipeline generation.

Develop and execute a reseller partner go-to-market strategy, manage the full partner lifecycle, build and maintain strong relationships with partners, drive partner-led sales initiatives, and align with internal direct sales teams.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in the software or technology industry
  • Proven experience in partner management, channel sales, or GTM leadership roles
  • Strong track record of driving revenue growth through indirect sales channels and partner ecosystems
  • Deep understanding of recurring revenue business models and value drivers in subscription environments
  • Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong strategic thinking combined with a high bias for action and execution excellence
  • Ability to manage multiple complex partnerships and drive accountability across stakeholders
  • Fluent in English and Spanish or Portuguese
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 75% of the time
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, including pipeline forecasting and performance tracking
