Role Overview
Shaping and scaling the Product Marketing function in a fast-growing, data-driven SaaS environment focused on retail intelligence and customer engagement. Act as a key connector between Product, Sales, and Customer Success, defining how solutions are positioned, packaged, and brought to market.
What You Will Do
Build and establish the Product Marketing function from scratch, develop compelling positioning, messaging, and value narratives, lead go-to-market strategies and product launch initiatives, own pricing and packaging strategies, drive alignment between Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, Product, or related fields
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Growth, or Product roles within B2B SaaS environments
- Proven experience working with go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and customer segmentation
- Strong ability to operate in ambiguous environments and build processes from the ground up
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence without formal authority
- Strong analytical mindset with experience connecting marketing initiatives to business metrics such as revenue and retention
