Role Overview
As a Product Owner – Marketing Technology, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and optimizing a modern marketing technology ecosystem that supports customer acquisition, engagement, personalization, and revenue growth. This position combines strategic product leadership with hands-on execution, driving the evolution of marketing platforms and customer data capabilities across multiple business lines.

Requirements
- Proven experience in both product management/product ownership and marketing technology environments.
- Strong background owning product strategy, roadmaps, backlogs, and delivery processes for marketing automation, customer engagement, CRM, or MarTech platforms.
- Deep understanding of customer lifecycle marketing, segmentation, personalization, acquisition, retention, and conversion strategies.
- Experience translating business and marketing needs into technical requirements, user stories, and product specifications.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering, marketing, sales, CRM, data, and executive stakeholders.
- Demonstrated success influencing cross-functional teams and aligning diverse priorities toward common goals.
- Experience working within Agile and Scrum frameworks.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills with the ability to prioritize initiatives based on measurable outcomes.
- Hands-on leadership style with a willingness to engage directly in planning, execution, and decision-making.
- Ability to thrive in transformation environments where processes, systems, and operating models are evolving.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
