Role Overview

Join a fast-growing B2B sales motion focused on building and scaling new customer acquisition within an emerging market segment. Act as a key driver of pipeline generation and revenue growth, combining outbound prospecting discipline with consultative selling to open new accounts.

What You Will Do

Generate and manage outbound pipeline through daily prospecting activities, own deals from first contact through close, and consistently meet or exceed quota targets for pipeline creation and closed-won revenue.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience in SDR, BDR, or Account Executive roles focused on outbound prospecting and new business acquisition
  • 1+ year of full-cycle sales experience managing opportunities from qualification to close in SMB or emerging-market segments
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and performance targets
  • Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce and sequencing platforms like Outreach or Salesloft, along with prospecting tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging to multiple stakeholders and business functions
  • Comfortable working in fast-moving, ambiguous environments with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
