Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in sales, business development, or a high-performance, target-driven environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with confident phone presence
- Proven ability to stay organized and manage multiple outreach sequences and priorities
- Resilience, persistence, and motivation to consistently meet or exceed quotas
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly to tools such as Salesforce, outreach platforms, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Strong curiosity and ability to tailor messaging based on prospect needs
