Role Overview

This is a high-impact, customer-facing technical role at the intersection of sales, engineering, and IT operations. You will act as a trusted advisor to enterprise customers, helping them understand and realize value from advanced IT monitoring and AIOps solutions.

What You Will Do

Deliver compelling technical presentations, product demonstrations, and workshops to both technical and executive audiences. Lead Proof of Value engagements to validate product fit and demonstrate measurable business and technical outcomes.

Requirements

  • Strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in IT Operations Management (ITOM), Application Performance Management (APM), or IT Service Management (ITSM) environments.
  • Hands-on understanding of infrastructure technologies such as UNIX, TCP/IP, SNMP, Syslog, and ITIL frameworks.
  • Experience working with modern cloud and distributed environments, including hybrid or multi-cloud architectures.
  • Strong presentation, storytelling, and customer engagement skills in high-stakes sales cycles.
  • Ability to travel and engage directly with customers during critical stages of the sales process.
  • Experience in scripting or automation technologies (Python, JSON/XML, Kubernetes, etc.) is a strong plus.
  • Background in telecommunications or large-scale enterprise environments is an advantage.
