Role Overview
This is a high-impact senior sales role focused on driving growth across managed IT services within enterprise and global accounts. The role requires a strong blend of direct and indirect sales expertise, with ownership of account planning, pipeline development, and revenue delivery.
What You Will Do
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets, build and manage strong relationships with key clients, and own the end-to-end sales cycle including lead generation, qualification, pipeline management, negotiation, and deal closure.

Requirements

- Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong understanding of the IT services landscape
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong negotiation, deal structuring, and problem-solving capabilities
- Experience using CRM tools and sales enablement platforms
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment with flexibility to travel across India
- Fluency in English and at least one local Indian language
- Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or a related field
