Role Overview

This role is a high-impact, hands-on technical pre-sales position at the center of complex enterprise data transformation deals. You will act as the technical backbone of the sales cycle, leading discovery sessions, demonstrating platform value, and driving proof-of-concept (POC) engagements that directly determine deal success.

What You Will Do

Lead technical discovery sessions, own end-to-end platform assessments, design and deliver demos and POC engagements, address complex technical objections, and translate technical findings into clear value narratives.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in technical pre-sales, solutions engineering, or similar customer-facing technical roles in enterprise software
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of data ecosystems including ETL/ELT tools, warehouses/lakehouses, dbt, BI, lineage, and governance tools
  • Proven ability to run POCs that demonstrate real-world value and build customer trust
  • Experience working with enterprise or regulated customers (financial services, insurance, healthcare, or public sector preferred)
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts and lead with structured, outcome-oriented messaging
  • AI fluency with demonstrated ability to use AI tools to accelerate discovery, analysis, and solution development
