Role Overview

This role sits at the center of a high-growth go-to-market organization, acting as a strategic partner to regional sales leadership and a key driver of operational excellence across the AMS theater. You will translate business objectives into scalable planning frameworks spanning forecasting, territory design, and headcount allocation.

What You Will Do

You will lead annual and long-range GTM planning, including forecasting models, ROI analysis, headcount planning, quota setting, and territory design across the AMS region. You will also build and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks to monitor funnel health, pipeline performance, sales efficiency, and productivity metrics.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Operations, or GTM Strategy roles
  • Strong proficiency with CRM and revenue tools such as Salesforce (Sales Cloud, CPQ), Clari, Outreach, ZoomInfo, or similar platforms
  • Advanced analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret large datasets and generate actionable insights
  • Experience supporting sales planning processes including forecasting, territory design, quota setting, and capacity modeling
  • Strong understanding of full-funnel GTM metrics and revenue lifecycle operations
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to support executive-level reporting and cross-functional collaboration
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to perform under pressure in fast-moving environments
