This role sits at the intersection of client services, project leadership, and healthcare marketing strategy, supporting pharmaceutical and life sciences clients in bringing complex payer and market access initiatives to life. You will act as a key account leader, ensuring that cross-functional teams align seamlessly to deliver high-impact marketing communications that help improve access to innovative treatments.

Serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact for assigned client accounts, lead coordination of project execution, support the development of strategic marketing initiatives, and facilitate cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare agency environments, with exposure to account management and project coordination
- Strong understanding of client services workflows, including direct client communication and stakeholder management
- Familiarity with medical-legal-regulatory (MLR) review processes and healthcare marketing compliance requirements
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines simultaneously
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional, client-facing approach
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and comfort working in structured project and financial tracking environments
