Role Overview
This is a strategic leadership role at the intersection of operations, systems, and AI-driven transformation, responsible for redefining how a global Go-To-Market organization operates at scale. You will lead high-impact initiatives that directly influence revenue efficiency, operational quality, and organizational scalability.
What You Will Do
Define and lead the multi-quarter strategy for Go-To-Market Operational Excellence, lead a high-performing operations team, design and oversee AI-enabled operational systems, conduct deep root-cause analyses, and own enterprise change management frameworks.

Requirements
- Extensive experience in BizOps, RevOps, Strategy & Operations, or equivalent roles within fast-scaling SaaS or tech organizations
- Proven leadership experience managing and scaling high-performing operations or RevOps teams (2–3+ years minimum)
- Strong track record of building and evolving GTM systems, processes, and operational frameworks in growth and enterprise environments
- Deep working knowledge of complex GTM tech stacks, including Salesforce, CPQ tools, routing systems, and compensation platforms
- Strong understanding of AI, automation, and data-driven workflows, with hands-on experience applying AI tools to operational challenges
- Executive-level communication skills, with the ability to translate complex operational issues into clear strategic narratives
- Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-moving environments with full ownership and accountability for global outcomes
