Role Overview

This role sits at the intersection of Sales, Strategy, and Learning & Development, driving how global sales teams are trained, enabled, and supported to perform at scale. The role is highly cross-functional, influencing revenue growth through structured enablement programs and continuous learning initiatives.

What You Will Do

You will own the end-to-end sales training strategy, shaping how knowledge, tools, and messaging are translated into high-impact learning experiences. You will also lead and develop a team responsible for executing training programs across multiple levels of the organization.

Requirements

  • Experienced sales enablement leader with a strong background in Sales Training, Learning & Development, or Sales Operations within SaaS environments
  • 8+ years of experience in Sales, Sales Enablement, or Sales Training roles
  • 2+ years of experience in SaaS organizations
  • 2+ years of people management experience leading enablement or training teams
  • Strong experience using Sales Enablement platforms such as Highspot or similar LMS tools
  • Deep working knowledge of Salesforce and sales processes
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills
  • Bachelor’s degree required; relevant certifications in Sales Enablement, Salesforce, or related tools are a plus
