Role Overview

This role is a high-impact, hunter-style sales position focused on driving new business within the fast-growing smart home technology market. You will be responsible for owning a defined territory and building pipeline from the ground up through proactive outreach, relationship building, and consultative selling.

What You Will Do

Own and develop a territory by proactively prospecting builders, designers, architects, and homeowners to generate new business opportunities, conduct in-home or on-site consultations to assess client needs and propose tailored smart home solutions, and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through closing.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence decision-makers at multiple levels
  • Highly disciplined approach to CRM usage and pipeline management as a core part of daily workflow
  • Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing a complex territory and schedule independently
  • Ability to quickly learn and communicate technical products, ideally within smart home, A/V, automation, or related industries
  • Demonstrated history of exceeding sales quotas in a performance-driven environment
  • Experience working with builders, architects, or designers is a strong plus
