Role Overview
This role is a high-impact finance partnership position sitting at the core of go-to-market strategy and execution. You will act as a trusted advisor to Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success leadership, shaping how revenue is planned, forecasted, and measured across a fast-scaling SaaS organization.
What You Will Do
You will build and evolve the frameworks that guide GTM investment decisions, from headcount planning to pipeline productivity and unit economics. You will also drive automation and AI-enabled workflows to improve reporting speed, forecasting accuracy, and scalability of finance operations.

Requirements
- 5+ years of FP&A or strategic finance experience, including direct partnership with GTM organizations
- Strong understanding of SaaS and consumption-based revenue models, including key drivers such as ARR, bookings, retention, and renewals
- Proven ability to build complex financial models, forecasting frameworks, and performance analytics from scratch
- Advanced Excel skills, with additional experience in SQL and BI tools considered a plus
- Hands-on experience with systems such as Salesforce, NetSuite, and FP&A platforms (e.g., Pigment or similar)
- Strong business partnering skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and translate data into actionable insights
- Experience operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments with shifting priorities and ambiguity
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present clearly to executive audiences
- Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools in analysis, modeling, reporting, or workflow automation is strongly preferred
- Solid understanding of accounting principles (GAAP) and financial reporting fundamentals
