Solutions Engineer – Financial Institutions

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in a Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, or similar technical role within payments, fintech, or financial services
• Strong hands-on experience with API integrations (REST, webhooks, SDKs) and distributed system architectures in enterprise environments
• Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Demonstrated experience leading product demonstrations, technical presentations, and solution workshops with enterprise clients
• Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills across large, multi-layered financial organizations
• Strong analytical mindset with proven problem-solving skills in high-complexity integration scenarios
• Advanced English proficiency is mandatory; additional European languages are a plus
